Very fast and quality service. I had a fairly complicated project with very minimum space to work around and he still completed the job very quickly and the end result looked spectacular. Highly recommend!

Myplumber did an awesome job solving my issues. There were leaks on the outdoor sink from the water source to the drain area. Both Rafael and Rafael Jr were very professional and knowledgeable. They re-piped the plumbing system and voila, looks so much better, cleaner and most of all, no leaks. They respond to texts and calls promptly and were able to get me on the schedule right away. This company is highly recommended.

To describe my experience in a few short words, great customer service. Rafael is the person to go to for a homeowner, looking for little guidance and reassurance while taking on plumbing projects. He listened carefully, gave advice, and offered services for more complicated projects. Will I be calling MyPlumer back, yes. This company was recommended by neighbors. After reading reviews this was the company to go for. Made my appointment today at 10 AM, received a call from Rafael within half an hour to confirm the appointment only to have him arrive early. Rafael was great and knowledgeable, explained what he was going to do and how, and helped us to avoid having to repair the ceiling drywall. He got everything done within an hour, and next time we need any repair or plumbing work, we know who to call.

Yesterday I had Rafael from My Plumber come out and he was great. He found and fixed the problem within 90 minutes. He was friendly and explained everything as he went. I tried a different plumber at first but after they looked at the job they promised me a bid to come via email for later that day. Since then I have not heard from them except they did send a request for a high rating on google; for what?

Rafael and Efren came the day we called them to give us an estimate of the work. The next day they came and did the work. Rafael explained everything really well and even took video and pictures of what they did. They were friendly and did a good job eventhough it was difficult to try and get to the pipe. Great service!

Rafael and his crew have helped me out more than once, including after big storms in the winter of 2023 when my water line was torn out by fallen trees. Rafael is reliable, professional, he explains what they will do, and they often come up with specific solutions to the problems of an aging house. They respond promptly, and most recently took care of some (more) old-house issues. Another reviewer mentioned that there's also good communication, including explanations when there's a delay or a change of plans. They will point out problems (without badmouthing other/previous plumbers) and have helped me avoid some emergencies by taking care of problem pipes and replacing a water heater that was likely to fail in the near future. Rafael responded promptly to my call about a leak in the kitchen waste pipe. He fixed it quickly and provided a cogent explanation of further work to be done, along with his estimate. So nice to have a tradesman describe a problem without condescension! Polite, professional, and very competent, I'd recommend Rafael for plumbing jobs without hesitation.
