Alee was very helpful with assisting me in correcting my quote and getting my appointment scheduled. I will update my review once the work is completed. Thank you! UPDATE 1/6/25 The septic tank was pumped, and two risers were installed smoothly and in a timely manner. Everything was very coordinated between the pumping crew and the installers. Pacheco and Jose were both polite, hard-working, and professional. They left my place clean after the work was completed. Even the people I spoke with from their office were very professional and polite. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you!

I spoke with Alee at California Pumping & Sanitation regarding pumping a septic tank. This was my first time inquiring about this type of service. She was very courteous and helpful. She explained the services CPS performs along with the associated charges and helped me understand the process. It was her excellent customer service, in part, that made me comfortable using CPS.

This place is a SCAM company. They came to our property and told us they would charge $650 for pumping our septic. Then when they arrived they told us it was an additional $275 for digging up the access door. The door had less than one foot of dirt over it. Then when we told them we no longer trusted them because of their hidden fees they said that it was $600 for a cancellation fee. They then charged my credit card $1200 and lied and said that they sent TWO service trucks to my property. The entire thing is on camera, there was never a second truck. We are disputing with the credit card company. What a piece of trash this business owner is. Shame.

Nobody wants to have to deal with an emergency pump… on a task-filled Monday morning, no less. But California Pumping was awesome! Javier initially took my call and got me scheduled immediately. Allie, in the office, knew her stuff and kept me updated on an ETA. Israel was so nice, informative, professional and quick! Almost exactly two hours after my first contact with California Pumping, I was thanking Israel for his great job and waving Goodbye! I highly recommend this company and can say they’ve gained a repeat customer from this experience.
