Fred is awesome and I’m so lucky he was my first call. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him back for future problems that come up in my house. I’m very handy including electrical and plumbing, but I don’t have any HVAC experience, and youtube wasn’t helping me diagnose my heat pump problems. Fred was able to fit me into his schedule the same day (I called him at 7:30am), and I was bracing for him to declare that my 15 year old system needed a full replacement. I let him work, and once he had a clear diagnosis I got in there to see it up close. He pointed me in the right direction to get parts and fix it myself, saving me hundreds compared to him doing the work and thousands compared to full replacement (which I expect many companies would have pushed). I installed my new parts a couple days later and everything works again as expected. Fred was just the expert I needed, and well worth his service fee. I found him to be very honest and direct, and if I had needed a professional execution I would have felt quite comfortable with him or his crew on the job.

When the heat became unbearable, I found out that my home's cooling system needs service and found American acr Plumping through a Google search. They proved to be a highly efficient and responsive team, delivering excellent service in the shortest possible time. My experience with them was outstanding. In addition to cooling services, I discovered that they offer a range of other services, including water heater and plumbing repairs, as well as energy-saving insulation solutions. I'm very happy with the service I received from American Ace Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and the technician was very professional and fixed the problem very fast. honestly before American ace plumbing, 2 other air conditioning companies came and both of them recommended me to replace whole system.

We received two other quotes for replacing a gas water heater, a Moen Flow shut off, a pressure control valve and some other shut off valves. One of the other plumbers was going to charge us $89.00 just for an estimate. When I told then to forget it, I got a call a few minutes later saying they would wave that fee. Both of the other estimates took a few days to receive. Both of the other estimates were "substantially" higher than American Ace. When I called American Ace I spoke to Fred. He told me a tech would be out the next day. A little while later the tech (Frank) asked if he could come that day. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response. When Frank showed up he was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I got a quote the next morning and I was once again pleasantly surprised at the quote. Once I told them I agreed to the quote they came with a crew the next day! In this day and age of poor service and high prices that is unheard of. American Ace did all the work in a very professional manner. They were all courteous and I was kept informed of the progress. The crew finished the job quickly and they cleaned up all the trash and left the work area as it was before. I am not easily impressed but I certainly was in dealing with American Ace plumbing. I will defiantly use them for any of my plumbing needs in the future, they are the best.

My water heater was not working, I’ve contacted multiple companies and they recommended me to change the water heater completely, but after found Fred’s team they were able to fix it for me perfectly and quickly. I recommend them to everyone

Fred has been fixing my AC, water heater and plumbing issues for past 10 years. He has always been on time and responsive and the cost has always been fair. He also tries to find the best way to fix the issues with less damages. For example, we recently had a pipe leak and the easy way to fix it was to break shower tiles but he put extra effort to fix the issue through a small cut in the drywall instead of thousands of dollars damage to our shower. Highly recommended.
