She also mentioned that I would receive a text 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Plus, she offered a nice discount for being a first-time customer. I got the text and even received a phone call from Lawrence. I can't emphasize how friendly he was. He guided me through each step as he worked to locate the leak. We had a great experience with a plumbing service twice already. The first time, a skilled worker came out to help us find a leak in our slab. He dedicated a good amount of time to ensure he could reroute the leaky pipe without the need to cut into the slab. He honored his quoted price, even though the work took him nearly two days to complete. The second time we called for assistance with a water pressure issue, we requested him again because he did such an excellent job on the leak. We had two other plumbers come out before him regarding the pressure problem, but they suggested some extremely high-priced solutions. He quickly assessed the situation and resolved it with ease. There was a blockage in the exterior fixture caused by a faulty faucet installed by the first plumber! We are thrilled with the service and will definitely be relying on them for all our plumbing needs in the future.
