Al, Nacho, Omar, Cassandra (Office Manager) and the rest of their crew are all reliable, professional, and they are reasonably fair cost. You can not go wrong with Arrow Plumbing. My wife and I recently purchased a home and had a shortlist of plumbing needs and Jesus was the initial plumber on the job. Given what we needed done, he took care of it all within the same week, with another crew member, and completed it all right before we moved in. I am so grateful to Arrow Plumbing and in particular Nacho who came to the rescue. Nacho was professional and thorough in considering all options for our problem that was previously diagnosed by another plumber. I was told there were two cracks in the sewer line that would require taking out the flooring, cutting through the concrete and digging up to four feet. Tearing out the above, fixing breaks and concrete ($10.5K for this part) and replacing flooring, etc.would have totaled about $22K. Bottomline, Nacho carefully reviewed every inch of the sewer line and deemed there was no indication of any breaks. He recommended hydro jetting the sewer line. Nacho's diligence and integrity saved me over $20,000. Sum it up with one word for Nacho and Arrow Plumbing: TRUSTWORTHY!
