ARS/Rescue Rooter did a great job replacing our water heater. Brad Hamilton and Jonathan Mendiola were a pleasure to work with. Jonathan went above and beyond to get the water heater installed even after encountering an unexpected issue on site. The quality of work was excellent. We will keep coming back to ARS/Rescue Rooter in the future.

Rescue Rooter Saved the Day! When my water heater broke overnight, I was expecting a long and frustrating process to get it replaced. Thankfully, Rescue Rooter came out the same day and handled everything efficiently. Not only did they replace my water heater, but they also upgraded its capacity and pulled the necessary permit—all in a single day! I had hot water before they even left. Their professionalism, speed, and quality of work were outstanding. Highly recommend if you need fast and reliable plumbing service!

My whole experience from answering the mini online questionnaire, to speaking with a customer representative and finally having a professional plumber come out to my home was immaculate. My plumber, Eduardo, was an excellent customer service representative and an even more amazing professional. He assessed my plumbing issue and gave me a clear estimate. He explained everything he would need to do before doing anything. I immediately knew I wanted my issues fixed and he got straight to work in a timely and efficient manner! I can’t thank Rescue Rooter enough for their efficiency, professionalism, transparency, and quality service. I had an after hours emergency leak in my shower, and after calling around to multiple “24/7” companies, ARS were the first and only ones to actually dispatch someone same day and communicate an estimated timeline with me. Eddie was an absolute delight. So considerate, helpful, communicative, calm, patient, and skilled! It probably would have been easier for him to recommend replacing the whole valve, but instead he worked so hard to fix a difficult problem that was a more affordable and effective solution.Even still, he had everything done and cleaned up in less time than he had initially anticipated. I feel relief in knowing that I have a reliable person I can reach out to now for any future plumbing concerns. Thank you, Eddie!!

True to their word. The installers did an outstanding job. They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, extremely careful in my home and polite to boot. The installation is very clean and thorough. They far exceeded my expectations!! As some tradesmen are rude and condescending… The gentleman who laid the concrete slab for our A/C unit was just as professional, courteous, careful as the installation team. These Professionals/Tradesmen truly exceeded my expectations. Each of these representatives truly represented ARS spectacularly.
