Black Mountain Plumbing was incredibly responsive, very comprehensive in communication, very thorough in their analysis of our home plumbing problem, and very skilled at completing the very complicated plumbing repair.

Update: We had another need for Black Mountain Plumbing yesterday. This time we had Solomon and Leo stop by because one of our toilets had some smells coming from the back… it was an easy fix for them in the end. Sol was really good at explaining what he thought was wrong and how he would fix it. It ended up that he was correct - it was the wax seal that had failed. And per our usual experience, they were really friendly, kind, efficient and left the area they worked on very clean. I WILL say that BMP is more expensive than some other companies, but my husband and I are generally okay with it because they are licensed, and knowledgeable. I like being a me to schedule with them on their website vs having to call, but I’ve never been able to get a next-day service so they seem to fill up quickly… probably because they are really good at their jobs. So calling might be what you have to do for an emergency. —————————————- Robert was so professional, helpful and friendly. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and how much he cared about the detail of his work.
