Billy was awesome, great communication of arrival times, what we were looking at fixing (toilet and shower), providing several options to go with, plus he was a very pleasant guy, very personable and considerate. Billy was able to get everything done within a couple hours, cleaned up beautifully and put pieces (wall) back in place. Will always use Colepepper Plumbing, this is my 2nd time and they really do a fabulous job.
