We needed an auto gas shutoff valve installed for home insurance. I reached out to 4 different companies on Yelp and Collins Pacific Plumbing responded right away and was the only company willing to give a quote with photos rather than requiring a separate appointment. Their quote was also the most reasonable and they were able to schedule my installation right away. The technician Carlos arrived on time and installation was smooth. I highly recommend this company and would definitely call them again with future plumbing needs.

We have used a different plumbing company for 15 years but they did some questionable things so we thought we would give Collins Pacific a try based on the good reviews. Glad we did. From the first call with Mike who was very nice & worked around my schedule to the service call with Gilbert , everything went smoothly. Gilbert was on time, knowledgeable , kind & professional, he also gave me some good tips. No hidden fees and reasonably priced. I’m a picky homeowner and would definitely recommend Collins Pacific.

Based on another superb job completed by Collins Pacific Plumbing, we hired them for a second. Just as with the first, the service (office and technician) was exceptional. They kept us informed throughout, coordinated timing, and completed the job expeditiously and priced per the written estimate. Workmanship, including cleanup, was superb (well done Nahshon).
