This team at Discount Plumbing San Diego was extremely responsive and was able to get a plumber assigned to my project within 1 hour. They were super efficient and kind. The plumber (Josh) inspected the unit with my tenants and confirmed that all plumbing was in good working order and that the dishwasher appliance was likely at fault for the failure to drain function (vs the plumbing). Josh and I had a thorough follow up call (as I was not at the visit) and he was helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend this team and will call them again in the future!

I had a great experience with Hector. He ended up coming out twice because I had to get ahold of my neighbor. It ended up being my neighbors runny toilet, not my pipes, which was the problem. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and when I actually end up having an issue of my own I will definitely be calling.

It’s was a very horrible and bad experience with this plumbing services I ever encounter also the technician give me first an estimate of 6k just to replace an elbow tubes and 5 feet of copper pipe 1/2” - 3/4” shower set and shower valve and a faucet telling me that the quote price was base to company’s parts/charges. I told him not to do it and he came down with a Price of $2085.75 just to fixed the important thing which is the elbow leak and replaces some piping. I was also asked how the job done by a text how reply to them that it was an over charged services and they did not came back to me what is the reason.

Can't say enough good things about them. Our toilets and drains clogged up over the weekend. We called after not getting a return call from a different plumbing company. I was surprised when Monique answered at noon, as I expected at lunch time, I would have to leave a message. She was quite helpful and did a great job answering our questions. We scheduled a service call and were thrilled to hear that it would be same day. Joseph called a short time later to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled. He did a great job! After the initial walk through inside he then got to work on the outside and under the house. Joseph did a great job explaining his findings and describing what he recommended be done. Our main line sewage drain backed up on Labor Day, so we called a few plumbers. Discount Plumbing was the only that was able to promise us that a plumber will come that afternoon on a holiday. Hector L. came in the afternoon and was able to snake the sewage line clear. He was professional and was able to identify the problem and solution.

I had an emergency drain stoppage and I needed a plumber right away because I had family coming in. They sent a plumber within an hour. Harrison and Gabriel arrived right away and solved the problem. Highly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.
