Called Anthony and he sent out a plumber to see my buyer's unit within days. The issue I have with the company is that I never received an estimate despite my efforts of contacting them daily (It's now been 6 days). They've made empty promises of getting a quote to me that evening for the last couple days then it changed to them being sick or working too late, then the last couple embarrassing excuses of getting it in the morning and them conveniently experiencing program issues. If you don't want to take the job just say so and let me find another plumber. I've been polite and nice up to this point, but these guys are just a complete waste of time. Look elsewhere if you need a plumber.
