I highly recommend FOX PLUMBING. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, polite and reliable. Had some problems with faucets and they made great suggestions and resolved our problems right away. They did the majority of the work in one day and as promised returned the next day to finish the job. I cannot say enough about this company. They’re family owned and have been in business for a long time. We live on the 37th floor in downtown San Diego. I contacted our front desk and was given 2 companies names. No call back from either!!! Some friends stopped by and when I mentioned we needed a plumber they immediate said FOX PLUMBING is the best we’ve ever used! And they were right. Thanks to Anthony and Rob the work was done quickly and efficiently. These guys know what they’re doing! Give ‘em a call. You won’t be sorry.

We purchased a new home that required extensive work that included going into the concrete foundation. Anthony from Fox was communicative and laid out the work detail in an easy to understand way. Because the work was so intricate we did get to know the staff quite well. Every employee we talked to was a pleasure and did not disrupt our day-to-day (wife works from home regularly). We unfortunately found additional unplanned issues in the plumbing and Anthony walked us through various options. He didn't just upsell or tell us a full replacement was needed for certain items. He physically gave us the opportunities to see the concerns he had. We then waited on his multiple written up reports and made informed decisions on the routes we wanted to go. Our Mortgage lender tied 2/3's of the financing for the plumbing work into our loan and the lenders admittedly were not prepared for payment. We were able to pay our 1/3 out of pocket costs immediately, but the mortgage payment did lag longer than anybody expected. While both parties shared frustration, I appreciate Fox and their professionalism while we dealt with the internal miscommunication our mortgage lender was having. We had a lot of work underneath the home done, but if down the road we need any internal plumbing done we will be sure to call Fox.

I am writing to recommend, in the highest possible terms, Jacob from Steve Fox plumbing. He showed extraordinary integrity, thoughtfulness, and competence (unlike our previous plumbers from Point Loma plumbing). Jacob corrected several errors produced by the previous plumbers and tested each of his solutions thoroughly before proceeding to the next step. In my experience, this kind of service, thoroughness, and integrity is unequalled. I plan to use Fox Plumbing henceforth for all plumbing needs.

We had a nightmare situation with the plumbing at our place. Fox came out the same day and got started on it. It took a long time to get done, but to no fault of their own, it was just that bad. Each and every time they had to be here they operated with so much professionalism it was unreal. We were well informed every step of the way. Anthony, Juan, Issac, Jacob are top notch in my eyes. I highly recommend his company.

We had Steve and his crew come out to install a garage sink, service our tankless water heater and help with a few other plumbing needs. His crew is very knowledgeable, professional and they don’t waste any time like other plumbers. I highly recommend Steve fox and his crew. You’re doing yourself a disservice by not calling them! I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

We used  Fox Plumbing after getting bids from 3 other competitors for a full house repipe, water heater replacement and replacing a significant section of cast iron under adjoining bathrooms. Fox was the only one to not try to dissuade us from using permits. They took to the time to hear our concerns, answer every single one of our questions in a very detailed manner helped guide us in picking the right products for our needs and were very patient with us. We found their prices fair, and they worked with us on the change orders, and were respectful of our budget. We took advantage of their financing option (will update this post if needed), which helped give us the confidence and the option to make adjustments on the fly. We worked mainly with Steve throughout the quoting process, planning and with regards to scope changes. Fernando and Ryan were the main onsite crew, and worked some long hours to get the job done in the agreed on timeframe, despite some unexpected surprises. They did their best to be accommodating and were very easy to work with. They kept me up to date, were professional, and there were no problems that they didn't solve. We plan on using Fox in the near future to complete the cast iron removal and for some additional smaller plumbing needs.
