Just had the Friars team at my house for maintenance and they are a great team. Matthew and Robert were friendly and honest. They also educated me and showed me a few tips. I felt very comfortable with them and signed up for annual maintenance.

Miguel and Edgar were amazing. Very polite, respectful and helpful. They did a great job and kept everything clean. Cleaner than before they came. My first contact with Juan Carlos was great - he set up appt for estimate. Rick came and he too was polite and respectful. We are impressed with this company.

Friars Plumbing provided exceptional service in responding quickly to an urgent heating issue with our mini system. They arrived early, thoroughly analyzed the situation, and efficiently resolved the problem—all at a very fair price. I also appreciate that they offer a military discount.

Robert came to my condo to help out with an AC that was not providing cool air. He was extremely thorough in his diagnostics including tuning up equipment which was not previously installed by Friars. He and his coworker (Ryan or Brian) were prompt and did great work and fixed the issue. Friars is my new preferred HVAC company over others who were more expensive and failed to properly diagnose or repair issues after many repeated attempts.

I had technician Chris do a line extension to my mini split system and also add a direct electrical line to my breaker. Friars plumbing heating & air did a fantastic job breaking down how the previous technician from another company did wrong. Chris answered every question I had and that's was very important to me to erase any fear of doubt that I had. Once they were don't they went over and made sure I knew exactly what they did before the left. This will be my new AC company moving forward for my 3 business and also home units! We use Friars for all of our home HVAC needs. We recently had to have our tankless water heater replaced due to old age and Miguel and Christian did a fantastic job. They were clean, quiet, super nice and kept us in the loop of their progress. All of our experiences with Friars have been great and pricing is very good.
