I am beyond happy with Ideal Plumbing and their staff. I have been using ideal for 30 years and they continue to be the best at everything they do. Today I had a tankless hot water system installed and the techs Luciano and Pete worked tirelessly getting everything perfect. Tanner was first on the scene with incredible knowledge and answered all of my questions which boosted my confidence in making the decision to change to tankless. The install is a thing of beauty and the area was cleaner then they found it. I would give them 10 star if I could. An excellent team from start to finish.

I had a great experience using Ideal plumbing for a leak I was having in my laundry room. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a great job. Luciano is our savior! That guy has fixed so many problems in this old house, and he is as honest as the day is long. He always goes the extra mile, and he has made some great suggestions that ended up saving me a lot of money. He also does outstanding work even by Ideal’s standards, which is really saying something, bc I am a huge believer in Ideal—best outfit in town hands down.
