Ideal Plumbing Heating Air Electrical

I am beyond happy with Ideal Plumbing and their staff. I have been using ideal for 30 years and they continue to be the best at everything they do. Today I had a tankless hot water system installed and the techs Luciano and Pete worked tirelessly getting everything perfect. Tanner was first on the scene with incredible knowledge and answered all of my questions which boosted my confidence in making the decision to change to tankless. The install is a thing of beauty and the area was cleaner then they found it. I would give them 10 star if I could. An excellent team from start to finish.

I had a great experience using Ideal plumbing for a leak I was having in my laundry room. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a great job. David H completed my repairs and he was wonderful! I will definitely request him again in the future. Thank you ideal plumbing for great service from the initial phone call until the job was done!

Luciano is our savior! That guy has fixed so many problems in this old house, and he is as honest as the day is long. He always goes the extra mile, and he has made some great suggestions that ended up saving me a lot of money. He also does outstanding work even by Ideal’s standards, which is really saying something, bc I am a huge believer in Ideal—best outfit in town hands down.

I have had only positive experiences using Ideal Plumbing, including the most recent occasion when our water filtration faucet needed replacing. Sounds like an easy task, but in actuality it was a bit challenging because the area under the kitchen sink was crowded with filtration “tubes” and large “drum”. Access was difficult. Fortunately, Ideal’s service technician, Joel, was creative and obviously knowledgeable. He found a way to get the job done efficiently. Additionally, he made sure to protect the sink area, leaving it cleaner than he found it and didn’t mind “ help” from our inquisitive cat. Joel, was professional yet friendly… just as all of the technicians from Ideal have been when visiting our home. I will not hesitate to call Ideal in the future.
