Mr. Rooter came to our home within 20 minutes of our call! We ended up needing a new toilet in our guest house and we also discovered that all of our original cast iron sewer pipes had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. All along the way, everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were allowed to look at the cameras so we could see the damage ourselves. The crews were respectful, friendly and efficient, leave our house clean at the end of each day. Noe, Jose and the rest of the guys are all the best!!!

Yesterday, about 3pm, my kitchen sinks filled up with water and overflowed to the floor. I was bailing water as fast as I could when my landlord directed me to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Almost 4 by the time I called, I was blessed with a woman telling me someone could come and help me within the hour! 20 minutes later Luis called and said he’d be here in 10 minutes!! 30 minutes after he arrived, my clogged drains were clear and running freely! Thank you, thank you to Mr. Rooter and Luis for the quick, helpful, professional, tidy and compassionately kind repair. I am truly grateful.

The sink, disposal and related drain piping in our condo were showing their age, including a stubborn clog and a leaky disposal. One plumber (nameless) we contacted gave us a quote online, but 2 weeks later we still didn't even have a scheduled visit. Another plumber (nameless) valiantly tried for over an hour to address the clog, but couldn't get his line further down than 15 feet. He recommended we try one other plumber before alerting the HOA of the problem, so I contacted Mr. Rooter while that plumber was packing to leave. Within 2 hours I had contact from Mr. Rooter indicating they could schedule a visit the next morning! Jose arrived within 1/2 hr of the start of the visit window and went to work. His quote stated if they didn't get the clog free there would be no charge! His efforts over 30-40minutes had 35 feet of cable down the drain line, which he confirmed as I watched him retrieve the entire cable. The clog has been broken, but we do have a second visit available to us free of charge if the clog persists over the next 30 days. Jose noticed the disposal was leaking water so I mentioned I would work with one of the big box stores to get it replaced. Jose said he could quote us for the work, go purchase a new disposal and install it on the spot. Having taken the big box route before I knew his quote was comparable to theirs, and that would have involved a wait for an install date for a week or more. I even qualified for a decent senior discount which I gratefully accepted! Mr. Rooter has a new fan now, here in Oceanside! Every time I've use Mr. Rooter I've only had great results. Omar is friendly and knows what he is doing. Call with a problem and they will fix it for you.

The two workers seemed to know exactly what we needed and explained everything well. We had to have our old sewage pipe system completely replaced. They were friendly, respectful, and came on time each day and seemed enthusiastic as they accomplished each task.

The Mr. Rooter Technician was on time and professional. He took care of our plumbing problem quickly. Price was a little higher than expected, but the senior discount was most appreciated.
