Installed EV charger in garage. Great service. Dulce was kind, clean and patient. She explained what they were going to do. They had last minute change on which circuits were affected and end up taking longer than expected. I do thank them for a providing cost-effective solutions when another electrician would have recommended a brand new panel.

I was too aggressive when removing the motor plate from a bathroom exhaust fan and damaged the housing. (Oops!) Scheduling the visit to get my free estimate and doing the repair was easy and Aaron came quickly to fix the problem. Before starting the job Aaron did an inspection of the electrical safety of the home and then discussed the 2 options I had for fixing the fan. I chose the cheaper option. At first I thought the price seemed high as Aaron was able to come up with a solution and fix the issue very quickly. However after thinking about it some more, I realized that the price included a lot of other components than just the time to do the repair. This includes the time it took to schedule and rescheduled the appointment, having an expert drive to and from the house, checking out the problem, doing the inspection and fixing the problem, I think the cost of the repair is reasonable and appropriate for the level of service I received. Aaron was great, very friendly, patient and clearly an expert at his job. He took the time to show me how to replace the motor plate in the future. He also provided me with estimates regarding another home improvement project we are working on. He also provided us with tips on what to do and not do if we decide to do that project ourselves. I know this sounds like a review that's too good to be true but I am a real customer and very happy with the work done by Aaron and the company. I didn't receive compensation or discounts for this review, I am genuinely satisfied with the service provided by this company.

Frankie did such a great job fixing an electrical issue in the condo. Very quick and professional. Was able to assess the issue and fix it the same day. Scheduling with the company couldn’t have been easier. Really appreciated the follow up and communication with the company and Frankie. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

My moms house had major panel to panel repairs needed, you took care of a lot of out of code wiring, and installed exterior ambient and motion activated lighting. I feel good knowing the electrical work is safe and the exterior is well lit for my mother. Thanks again!

We have never used Point Loma Electric & Plumbing before today 1/14/2025. We needed both a Plumber and an Electrician to prepare for a dishwasher install; not all plumbing companies have both trades. The appointment was provided in a day. Aaron Cortez was the electrician, and James Partridge was assigned to our plumbing issue. Both Aaron and James were very knowledgeable and gave us different options. Aaron and James were professional, personable, and went above and beyond! We feel very confident in their plan of action. We will definitely use them in the future and share the companies name to our friends and family.

We installed a washer and dryer into our condo and were able to building this beautiful washer/dryer room. Omar completed our plumbing and venting system and did an excellent job! He was very thorough, accommodating and provided great updates throughout the project. We are so happy with the work. Everything is up to code and working perfectly. My only complaint was the communication, among the higher-ups of the company specifically the plumbing side communicating with the electrical side because they are two separate entities. But can’t thank Omar enough for all the work he did!

Both the techs did an awesome job. Turned off water. Started outside 1st with removing old pressure regulator and pipe. Working on completing that as other did inside toilet work. A good team. Polite and efficient. Gloved and booties. 9 month puppy barked hello from the window. She was on lookout.

Years ago I had a good experience with the company but now I would definitely not recommend. This time I got an estimate on a panel upgrade. Before they sent the estimate, they aggressively started contacting me to see if I accepted their bid. When I got the bid, it was nearly twice the bid I got from an equivalent quality company (there is no "paying for quality" excuse) and 3 times higher than some budget estimates. Then they aggressively started spamming my phone and email with offers. I have opted out multiple times over the last year but after a short pause they continue spamming. Too expensive, too aggressive, too spammy.
