My wife and I had an outstanding experience with Powers Plumbing at my rental property in San Diego that deserves a 5-star review! From the moment we called, their customer service was friendly and responsive. The technician arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and explained everything clearly. They worked efficiently, ensuring everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I also need to add they were very thorough especially when it came to the small details. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees, making it a stress-free experience. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of plumbers that are highly skilled and very professional in this trade.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I got a next day appt. Jalen and Mathew showed up on time. They first cleared the sink area. Had to snake a pipe all the while they were explaining what was going on. Drain was cleared they then ran hot water to be sure drain was clear. They then put everything back and cleaned my sink. This is my 5th project Powers Plumbing has done for me. Every time i have been very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge they share.

First time using Powers Plumbing. I had a very positive experience. They were very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The Technician Blake and his Apprentice were exceptional. Thank you snd will continue to use your company for my plumbing needs.

I feel that this outfit is not completely transparent with their pricing. I asked before they came to my house with the charge was going to be. I was not given a price. And then after diagnosing, without repair, I was given a bill for almost $700$! I feel that the mark up for repair and replacement is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I feel that they take advantage of people in need.

James and Jack did a great job. James came one day to assess the situation. And returned soon after and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I am however, disappointed in that I thought, as did he, the first day to get an estimate would not be charged. In fact, I was charged for 2 visits, even though the first one was very short. I will have to think twice before calling Power, again.

We have used Powers Plumbing for several years and have always gone back to them as we have always found their plumbers to be kind, courteous and professional. I doubt they are a budget plumber, but I would prefer to pay for quality.

Powers plumbing sent Jalen and his helper (sorry I can’t remember his name, we’re courteous, immaculate in leaving it cleaned up, the price was right, and thorough. I could hear all the steps and measures being done to be sure the problem was resolved. Then they educated me on future concerns. AND they were here within an hour of calling them!!!
