Fixed a main line clog for me day-of; plumber was at my house in 20 minutes and was great to work with. It was a ~30 minute job with a snake that ran $290+ after tax. Problematically, the same clogging issue arose two weeks later and they were completely unwilling to do anything about it, no re-snake, nothing. They have a policy where they will allow you to pay the difference if the job actually needs the more expensive hydroblast. They would not honor this for me because I didn't opt for it day-of. Highly recommend all out there looking for plumbing services to go with a company who offers some kind of guarantee, sometimes the issue can appear fixed for a period of time and come back.

Our main line was backed up. Junior responded early on a Sunday morning and came out within an hour. He had to go up on the roof to access the line. He was able to clear it, and to show me detailed pictures of what the pipes looked like. We had lots of large roots in various joints in the pipe. Junior let me know of possible future solutions for this problem and provided several estimates for the various options. He was very professional, helpful, and came across as trustworthy. Definitely a positive experience!

RDZ was absolutely amazing!We had a very bad backup in my main sewer line after many attempts to snake it ,nothing worked. I called RDZ at 7am on a Saturday and with a quick response Sal from RDZ showed up with his hydro power jet ready to work. Sal did an amazing job and work diligently to clear the back up in the main sewer line. The best thing I heard the last 3 days was “ I GOT IT” . Sal was amazing . I highly highly recommend RDZ Plumbing and Drains for any of your Plumbing needs.

I had RDZ install a new log lighter and fireplace log set. I requested a bid on Yelp, and they responded in less than an hour, with a fair price, and performed the work the next day - on Saturday. The guys were early for the appointment, very courteous, finished the work in a very timely manner, and were very conscientious about keeping the area clean. I will definitely use them again, A++++

I needed an emergency plumber for my bathtub not draining and these people were amazing!! I will only use them from now on. They were right on time and took 15 minutes and cleaned up after themselves which wasn't necessary. They even wiped down my bathtub before they left. The gentleman was so sweet and they were so affordable. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Fast and efficient! The whole experience was quick and painless. The technician arrived promptly (within an hour of my calling!), called to announce himself, and got to work. He was polite and quickly resolved the issues. He also gave us recommendations to prevent future messes. Local family business at its finest! They also let the office handle office stuff, including payment, so that the technician could just focus on doing things well. My first pleasant experience with a plumbing company in San Diego and I've owned a home here for many years!

Salvador and Pedro are the best plumbers best of all they are family and made me feel like a valued customer my only complaint for RDZ Plumbing was that I didn’t call them soon enough. They were on time and ready to get the job done. Thanks so much will definitely keep my new family plumber ❤️❤️
