Eric did a fantastic job overseeing the big project at my house. He was very attentive even though he was always busy and knee deep in the middle of working, he never hesitated to step away and answer any question my wife or I had. He addresses every concern immediately and displayed excellent customer service skills and understanding. He not only excelled in customer service, but was equally skilled in his craft. The manager, Adam, was a pleasure to work with. He also was attentive and responsive if I ever reached out with a question or concern. This project took over a week and was quite invasive to our property The team at Rooter Hero made dealing with the incident bearable because of their empathy, customer service, and technical skill. Thank you.

Jason was prompt, courteous and kind. What I really appreciated most about him was he very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. Jason gave us options for all the ways possible to get the job done the right way. I feel like I could trust and believe in him, my dogs didn’t even bark at him. This was my first time calling Rooter Hero and called them to use their drain cleaning special for a clogged shower drain and am sure glad I did! After calling on a Friday midday, there was a technician out to my house within an hour. Unfortunately his snake has some issues so he had to call another tech out. Dennis arrived promptly within minutes it seemed with a better model snake. Dennis was polite, knowledgeable and efficient and cleared the drain in about 15 minutes. While he was there I had him look at our bathroom sink where I wanted an estimate for some future plumbing work. He was excellent at showing me what would need to be done and the prices involved. Thank you so much Dennis and Rooter Hero for a job well done and will know who to call next time I need a plumber!

Dennis and team did an amazing job of unclogging our laundry drain. I called in the AM and they were able to come out quickly, snake the drain and resolve my issue. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and delivered excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Albert was extremely professional and detailed; however nor he nor his manager followed through with a copy of the video drain cleaning I had paid for. Your company made an offer for service with key and definite terms to establish a fixated price; I mutually assented which made this a contact. You received proper consideration ( payment) , yet after inquiring 3x I still have yet to receive what I paid for. I will be disputing the charge tomorrow since your company cannot to its job; I also have a big mouth and will tell everyone not to use you and never use your service again.

I've used these guys twice and have to write a review. They're instantly available via phone (incl Sun.), and their techs are incredibly polite, professional, and informative. Great prices as well. Shine on Rooter Hero.

Called for a backed up main line. Erick was dispatched. He called and arrived in a timely fashion. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was able to clear the blockage quickly and recommended sending a camera down the line after some discussion about this reoccurring issue. Adam arrived on-site to perform the camera scoping of the line. He was able to identify the aged cast iron pipe had surpassed it's serviceable life, evidenced by deformation, scaling, and root infiltration. They visually inspected other pipes in the crawlspace for leaks. Several potential solutions were discussed that had varied cost and outcome options. I would be happy to recommend both Erick and to Adam at Rooter Hero to friends and family alike.
