Jovany was able to get our drains unclogged within just a few minutes faster another company was unable to fix the issue! Roto Rooter was quick to get back to me, send someone out, and fix the issue quickly for a reasonable price. He walked me though what could be happening before he started, went through possible options if his attempts didn’t work, and was very clear and upfront the entire time. Would certainly work with them again!

DONT USE! They took advantage of my tenant who wanted a drain unclogged. Per work order, "ran 30 feet of cable to the blockage and line opened". FOR $428 for one hour of work. Really Roto-Rooter?? It's a shame your company would charge that much. Never ever again.

Mike did an excellent job. They came over for a free quote then by the next day we signed the contract and had a new water heater and our pipes fixed from a leak. Great job!

*****Breach of contract****** There offered to unclog the drain; to which I mutually assented. I agreed to the rate; however they did not perform “ reasonably”. They left feces all on the driveway and subsequently stated that they they clean up fecal matter. This is akin to hiring a cleaning lady to clean your home, but then the cleaning lady tells you she doesn’t empty trash. Pervasively dishonest. Will not use them again.

The clog in kitchen was resolved by snaking and camera site and decided to use extra spray down sewer next day. Second day had high pressure flush down drain and all debris was gone in sewer pipe from kitchen. Dylan did a great job . The one he was training seemed timid and a deer looking at headlights. Thanks Dylan great job.

Alex was amazing! Super responsive and gave me updates with pictures and video. This was a plumbing emergency and he was able to make it out and finish the repair within the hour! Amazing!
