San Diego Zoom Drain

Great Customer service . Called for issues with our toilet and Jessica took my information and schedule a same day service . Fernando Torres was the technician and did a great job explaining everything to us regarding the issue and the service they provide to resolve it. He showed us picture and videos. We confirmed which service we wanted done and he went to work on it , he said it aaa going go take 2 hours but he did in less. Service was complete , and Fernando went over with me was he did , warranty and answered all questions that I had. Will definitely be using them again if needed( hopefully not soon).

Mike Mason was a man on a mission. We had a relatively complicated project. And even though Mike experienced some challenges, he remained undeterred and was driven to complete the job. He did. Thankfully. One of Mike’s qualities that I appreciated most was his confidence that he would complete the job. His competence also shined through. Mike: we appreciate all your hard work! Thank you.

Rainier was great. Came out quickly and did the work very well. Unfortunately their parent company, Padilla plumbing ignored my first few requests. Thankfully they were able to come out quickly

Guillermo Leon was a tremendous worker. My bathroom sinks were backed up hard. Another company came out.and the guy worked real hard but was unable to fix the problem. I called Zoom and Guillermo showed up and started working on it. Even using his hydrojetter h could not get through the clog so he brought out a powered snake, and after cutting a pipe that could be reconnected later, he kept grinding away on it till he broke through the solid hard sediment that had formed. I was starting to think I was screwed and was going to have to tear out a wall or something. So thank you Guillermo way to stay with it.

We’ve used Zoom drain in the past and they remain our go to solution for a clogged drain. Alejandro was polite, efficient, on time and carefully explained our options. His work was effective, neat and completed efficiently. Will certainly use Alejandro and Zoom again if the need arises.

Great service. Quick service and was able to get clog out. But the thing is they came a few months before to clear out clog and it was around $350 which seemed expensive. Then this time even more expensive. Around $500 to clear out main drain. Only took half an hour. Would not use them again because of this steep price. Was in a pinch though so unfortunately they got me good. Not sure how their pricing system works. Guess they can say whatever price they want each job...

Fernando Torres was awesome! He did a great job and was very efficient time wise. He was professional and knows his job very well. He also made recommendations for future maintenance on my home. Really appreciated his service!

Fernando fixed my problem very quickly and he’s pleasant and so was his coworker. I didn’t get his name at the moment, but they’re both very pleasant and thank you for having them on your team.
