John is absolutely fantastic and has gone out of his way to take care of my tenants several times. Once was an emergency where a shower valve broke and another was helping repair a valve for a washer that the was being delivered. Both times he has been extremely professional and always on time. Can recommend him enough to anyone that needs a trustworthy plumber!

Really helpful and great at communication for booking an appointment, showed up on time. Was upfront about the issue that he may not be able to fix it, however he got it fixed smoothly. We smelled gas emanating from our fireplace the evening of December 30th. An Internet search next morning led us to Sunset Cliffs Plumbing and the owner, John, answered the phone. He offered a free estimate and came over at 1:00 that afternoon. His estimate appeared reasonable and he presented well so we hired him on the spot and he immediately commenced work. Despite it being New Year’s Eve and his fiancé was waiting for him at home, we finally insisted he go home at 7:00 pm and come back today. He reluctantly left, and did return later today and the job was completed in a professional manner; he cleaned up after himself, and as a bonus, he was delightful to talk to as we watched him ply his trade.
