Fernando and his crew came out and did our entire sewer lateral (60 ft.) in the rain. They worked fast and efficiently and left us with good quality work. They had to jackhammer quite a bit of concrete from the side and front of our house, but after they finished and laid the new concrete, it looks better than it did before. Also, there was a hinge on our gate that had broken several months ago and I hadn’t repaired it because we don’t use the gate very often. Without saying anything or taking credit for it, Fernando replaced the hinge for us. I didn’t find out until after they had finished their work and left. For me, this small detail reveals a person who is truly dedicated to customer service. Having someone on your team who would go so far above and beyond the requirements of the job is a great credit to your company. I think Fernando and his whole crew deserve some kind of recognition for coming out and working in the conditions they did, and for leaving us with such a positive impression of 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing.

Juan did a thorough job examining a multifaceted plumbing issue that involved multiple components of the apartment complex I manage. He made sure everything was clearly understood on my part and laid out the steps needs to resolve several issues that would result in ongoing, more serious damage if not addressed. I appreciated his attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and overall professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend!

We called and made an appointment for 2 days but no one show. Our time is very valuable, can’t wait for long time. If you come late or can’t come, please give us a call but no one call. Very bad customer services. Trust me, don’t use their service!

Friendly (and way more so than the other companies I called), fast, and helpful in an evening plumbing emergency. Was not cheap, but I don't think these situations usually are, and they offered a warranty and other benefits for the cost. The service person was good at communicating and got it fixed! Really relieved. Good experience.

Life saver! We had sewage backing up in our drains and our toilets were clogged and we couldn't figure out what to do. So we called the professionals!! Once our technician arrived and papers were signed he got right down to it, it took him no time at all to figure out the problems and attack them with precision. Shout-out to technician Sean S. who was as transparent as can be and was willing to work with us to get us what we needed even after 11pm!!! He fixed two toilets in one night and completely upgraded our quality of life to a degree we weren't even expecting. I will admit it took them quite some time to arrive, but it was completely worth it and seeing the quality of work. I'm not surprised they're as busy as can be. I'm just happy we got seen to and we can safely use our bathrooms again!!!

Plumber Mike Dimaranan was excellent. He was very professional and found the source of our water pressure issue through his process. He informed us of faucets that we need to replace for better water flow and how he fixed the issue itself. I would rate them 5 stars but I contacted them at 9-10 am and they scheduled me at 3:30 and they did update me they will be an hour late beforehand but after that was a mess. Whoever handles the scheduling did not update me on anything after I had called after two hours and ended up waiting for 5 hours for the plumber to contact me. I couldn't do my other errands because I was waiting on them. If you want to book with them, don't plan on them coming on time but they will do a good job.

Ask for Sean! Sean was outstanding. He came late on a Saturday night, then again early on Sunday (showed up exactly on time!). He spent hours diagnosing, explaining the options, and working through the problem (which was a particularly difficult one that required him to get very dirty). He even came back Monday to replace a piece of equipment and check in on the problem, which has since resolved after it had initially seemed hopeless. I have no idea whether their prices are competitive… and frankly I don’t care. Sean went above and beyond to get my issue fixed as soon as possible, and that is money well spent. THANK YOU SEAN! EDIT: We had a follow up issue with our main line, and David came by right away to address it (free of charge due to warranty)! He was thorough, thoughtful and careful with our home. Fantastic service, thank you!

Juan is a gem. He arrived early, completed the work and cleaned up before leaving. I have an interesting plumbing set up and he listened to me and followed my suggestions for clearing my clogged pipes. I like knowing that I will get a very knowledgeable and reliable plumber when I call 24/7. They are definitely at the top of my list.
