I had a small nonstop leak that San Francisco Public utility commission emailed me about. The company was able to get someone coming to my house the next day. Gabriel was very polite, courteous and efficient in getting the issue reflected. What I really liked was their upfront and transparent and reasonable pricing. Definitely found my new favorite plumbing company.

We had an issue with the thermostatic discontinued valve of our shower. After being told that we had to break the wall and tiles to substitute the valve, we came across Advanced Plumbing and Drain. The experience with them was phenomenal! First of all, they responded to our inquiry sending a technician out the same day we called. Gabriel, our technician was fantastic. 5 star!! Gabriel is Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately assessed the problem and decided to repair the broken parts of the valve without having to break wall or tiles. The quality of the job performed was amazing and the estimate given was very reasonable. We highly recommend Advanced Plumbing and Drain and we will not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing issue.

I was stuck on what I thought should be a relatively minor plumbing project. I gave up and called Advanced Plumbing based on the reviews. They came to my house to give me a quote, and the technician quickly identified a critical piece of information that I was missing and had not been successful in identifying in my Googling. It was clear to all of us at that point that I'd be able to quickly finish the project on my own. They left without asking for payment! Although they were only at the house for 5 minutes, I know there was additional time spent making the drive over to my house. They also could have withheld the information I was missing and just charged me for the work. Their helpfulness and honesty was refreshing, and I would absolutely trust them with more complex projects I don't understand. We do have occasional serious plumbing issues and they will be my first call every time!
