We have hired Chosen Rooter and Plumbing multiple times and had a first class experience each time. Most recently, we worked with Jimmy, who diagnosed and resolved multiple issues with our shower. Jimmy was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about issue we were dealing with. He investigated a few different possible solutions before recommending the highest value option to us. We had a great experience with Jimmy. We have also had an excellent experience with Edgar, who has been here to fix multiple issues that we had: a leak we had, and an issue with the drain in our bathtub. Chosen Rooter and Plumbing is extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. We are grateful that they are nearby.

From start to finish this company has been amazing! The woman who answered the phone was so kind and very reassuring that they would come out and fix our hot water heater. They did a GREAT job installing a new tankless hot water heater--our last water heater was over 20 years old! The workers were nice and very professional! I will definitely use them any time I have plumbing needs moving forward.

The service representative, Nate, helped solve our stopped bathroom drains plumbing problem with speed and clarity. Arriving within the scheduled time period, he described the situation as he found it, and clearly related the steps he was taking to explore and remedy the problems he found. His personable demeanor made the work move quickly and reasonable. Of course, we will recommend the company and, when needed, call again for high quality service.

I've used these guys a few times. They do good work and communicate well. If there's a down side, they are a bit more expensive than some others. But you're getting good work done with good materials and products.

I contacted then after a first plumber gave me a quote of $3,840 to replace some external pipes which didn't not seem that damaged, Chosen rooter only quoted for $765, the person that came to my house was very knowledgeable and very nice. I already asked for their services about a year ago to change a water heater, and will contact them again in the future.

Choice prioritized me last minute for a clogged sink drain. They got Manyor onsite same day. Manyor was super patient with my plumbing issue. He had to navigate existing construction going on in the living space, and a snake upgrade to root the sink drain. He was GREAT. I would def use them again.

Technician seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Did what he could to fix the problem. Told me if that did not solve the problem what the next step was. When it did not solve the problem and I tried to contact the company to get them to come back out and fix the problem. I never heard from them again Gave up after 10 days and hired someone else.

Nate and Edgar were responsive and immediately identified the sewage drainage problem. It was corrected professionally, and at a fair cost. I can recommend Chosen Rooter & Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
