I can’t recommend Ricardo highly enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with precision. His workmanship was top-notch, and he left the area spotless after completing the job. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and courteous, but Ricardo exceeded all expectations. Ricardo from Discount Plumbing was amazing! He arrived on time and was went right to work assessing my water heater. He quickly realized I needed a new one. He removed the old water heater, came back with a brand new one and installed it quickly. He advised me on how to flush the water heater to extend its lifetime. Excellent work! I highly recommend!

I really appreciate Discount Plumbing. Carlos came out to provide an estimate. He was on time, polite and took time to explain the pressure reduction valve replacement and took a few measurements for me. He made an adjustment to help in the meantime till we do the work.

First, I called yesterday (Sunday) and got an appointment for this morning. Magda was super friendly and efficient when I called. Edgar showed up on time, very friendly, professional, fixed our tub quickly and cleaned up completely. I’m a long time customer and will continue to call them when I need help

Ricardo is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I relied on him to install a new kitchen sink and pipe in 2023, since then Discount Plumbing is my number one choice for plumbing. I had an appointment with Discount Plumbing this morning. I thought my tub and toilet were clogged, Ricardo ran water in toilet and bathtub and he told me that whatever was clogging it had cleared. Gave me some pointers on how to keep the pipes clean. Thanks Discount Plumbing and Ricardo for great customer service.

We had a great experience with discount plumbers, specifically with Josue R. They ended up being available even earlier than the stated window which was great because it turns out we had a whole entire RAT stuck in our sink piping. Josue got it out quickly, cleaned the whole system with some cleaner, and disposed of the rat corpse himself. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely call these guys again!
