I have used Discovery Plumbing & Rooter several times and have been very happy with the service. The first job was very complex: The installation of new pump under the house and proper drainage to the street. The most recent job was to repair pump in the tankless water heater. Faren himself took charge of the project as it was an emergency situation. His technician came over to do the work. Carlos was very efficient, courteous and professional. The hot water was restored immediately. I highly recommend Discovery Plumbing & Rooter and wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any emergency.

My water heater broke and they responded within 2 days on a holiday weekend. Jimmy replaced my water heater - he worked fast and was friendly and polite. Service on the phone and in person was quick and professional. New water heater is working well.

We were experiencing some issues with our wall heater and technician Carlos arrived promptly and addressed the issue, even taking the time to explain to me what was occurring with the heater. He also checked the smoke detectors in our apartment and discovered they had expired, so Carlos went out his way to replace all of them. I needed a new water heater on black Friday! Called Discover Plumbing and they were there within an hour, gave me a great quote that beat 2 other plumbers so I said yes! They had the old one out and the new one up and running within about 3 hours. Very professional and the location of the unit was left very clean. I'll be using then again for future plumbing work.

Faren was very nice and professional. He arrived at our place on time and ran a camera under our main sewage pipe. During the time, he explained to me the situation that he has found and proposed solutions that could fix it.

They were wonderful. Carlos diagnosed and fixed the issue (a leaking valve under our sink that created a mini flood)) - then corrected an additional issue we were having that wasn’t even the purpose of the visit.
