Good! Juan from Infinity also came out a couple weeks ago to repair a leaking pipe on my toilet. He did a good job, and was fast. I told him that my toilet flushes on its own sometimes as well, and asked if it could lead to a toilet explosion (I read it on reddit one day). He said he it'd depend on the issue. I asked him to let the landlords know it's doing that, if he agrees with me that it's not normal. So I guess he did, since my landlords finally sent him back over today to check into these ghost flushes. They replaced a valve that goes in the toilet tank. Seems good so far. It's only been like 20 minutes since they left, but I haven't heard any flushes so far. I'm feeling confident that this valve fixed the issue. I can't imagine how high my landlords water bill must've been getting with all those extra flushes, and I was getting irritated hearing all that water go to waste. Thanks so much Infinity plumbing.

A plumbing issue the evening of Dec. 30 led me to contact Infinity Plumbing Pro based off a friend’s recommendation. Their website was convenient to schedule an appointment for the next day between 8-10 am. Great, or so I thought. They never showed during that window. When I called at 10:15 it went right to voice mail. I sent a text, no response. I sent an email, no response. I wasted two hours of my morning waiting for them to never come. Be wary of the website. Make sure you speak to a person before scheduling. With so many plumber options I certainly won’t be seeking their assistance in the future.

Good communication and everyone was very professional and kind. I called a bunch of places to get estimates for the service I needed and Infinity plumbing ended up being the most affordable. They were also able to come the same day, within a few hours of my call

Roberto did a phenomenal job on our emergency plumbing situation. The piping behind our pedestal sink was knocked ajar during a cleaning, and I just didn't have time to address this myself. It was worth calling someone in to get it fixed. My wife called and an hour later, Roberto showed up, scoped out the problem. He determined it was a simple enough fix, ran out in the rain to his truck and came back and within 15 minutes, everything was fixed and working perfectly. We will be working with Roberto again for any future plumbing emergencies. All of the above reasons are why you should call and use Roberto for any of your needs, but I can't pass up the fact that despite driving out for an immediate house call - during COVID, using some of his own materials, and spending even just a little time fixing our sink drain pipe - Roberto refused to charge us for the quick and easy job. This was a move of generosity and integrity, showing Roberto takes pride in his work and wouldn't charge for something so readily and simply addressed. I assure you, this is the guy I'll be calling when something I can't handle goes wrong in the future.
