Had a great experience of my bath repair with Lutz. Our existing Kohler product started leaking and required replacement. Isaac came in to help us out and made several trips as the diagnostics revealed more replacements than we planned for originally. Highly recommend !!! prompt service, great technician and great customer service.

As real estate professionals, we've dealt with our share of plumbing companies. Phil, owner of Lutz Plumbing and his technician, Isaac, are one in a million. We were first introduced to Lutz for plumbing service for our own home - we were serviced by Lutz since they are the Bay Area's Kohler authorized service representative (apparently for the last 20 years). Isaac serviced our Kohler plumbing issues and we were very impressed with his timeliness, professional courtesy and excellent customer service - he even took the time to educate us of our Kohler products' additional functions and maintenance. One of our pet peeves when dealing with any type of contractors/technicians in our own home is whether they will leave a mess after their service - Isaac was mindful to leave his work space spotless, without our request.
