I'm so glad out of all the plumbing companies we chose Magic Plumbing. From the phone appointment to the excellent service everything went smoothly. The gentleman named Mike who came to our home was very friendly and professional and explained that he would check the issue then give us an estimate, at which time we would decide to agree or not. We said yes without hesitation and he fixed our problem and explained what was done and took photos to show me. All in all they are great and saved us by coming the same day we called. I would definitely suggest them.

Victor and his crew did an excellent job of installing my new heater. They were efficient, professional and kept me informed, both in what they were doing and how I needed to maintain it. I recommend Magic Plumbing. Rachel in the office is exceptional.

I highly recommend Magic Plumbing. I contracted them to install a new heater with new duct work. Victor and his colleague completed the job in 2 days, and the quality was great! I recommend asking for Jeff Griffin for HVAC quotes, he was awesome throughout the entire process. He also came to troubleshoot an unrelated issue with the HVAC system. He was kind enough to show me what he was doing to troubleshoot, and identified the problem quickly. Jeff’s customer service is second to none, and he’s a great asset to Magic Plumbing (deserves promotions, raises, and all of the above!)

My attic heater died and I contacted Magic Plumbing to have them repair it. My heater was ~ 20 years old and they suggested replacing it, which I did. It was pricey, ~6K, but at least I have a new heater. I was not able to be at home, when they replaced it, however, my neighbor was there to oversee everything. I am very satisfied with the new heater and it seems to be a little quieter than the old one. I forgot the name of the guy, who gave me the quote, but he was very professional and explained in detail what I needed. I will definitely use Magic Plumbing again if I have an issue.

We contacted Magic Plumbing in regards to our failing furnace back in December 2024. They got a team to evaluate the issue very quickly and the consensus was that our 12+ old furnace needed replacement. The new furnace works great, but the installation required a few changes to the ceiling that we didn’t bargain for. Magic Plumbing took full reposnsability of the installation and coordinated with us to complete the job. It is difficult to find companies who treat their clients with such respect and integrity. We are grateful to Pablo, Tiana and Becky for coordinating the team, as well as to Alberto for doing such a great job. While we hope we won’t need their services any time soon, we surely appreciate all their work and highly recommend them.

Mike was amazing and did a great job. He quickly identified the problem and just as quickly fixed it. I’d love to have him come back for any future plumbing needs.

Anthony Jackson is an amazing plumber. Very knowledgeable . Very professional. Explained to me each step of how to deal with this clogged toilet I had. He shed light of why it was happening, which totally made sense. His wealth of experience definitely makes him the master plumber that he is. Thank you Anthony Jackson and Magic Plumbing.

Jeff was friendly and professional. He took a little extra time to make sure our furnace was operating properly. He also quickly provided quotes for replacing our old furnace with either a gas one or a heat pump. We are impressed with the company because of Jeff.
