Professional, friendly, efficient and very reasonable priced! Rony from prompt plumbing came to help us fixing a weird pipe issue made by the previous owner. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was careful in handling of the equipment around the house and thoroughly cleaned the area after he was finished. He was very professional, very friendly and speaks very fluent English. I am super satisfied with the job and I would highly recommend this company to go with for any and all your plumbing needs! Our property mgmt company put in a work order for a slow faucet with low water pressure. Ronny from Promt Plumbing was quick to call and confirm a time, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to replace the faucet the same day. Great work and highly recommended.

I’ve never used their services, but if their quality of service is reflected, in how the servicemen drive their cars they should have their license revoked. One of their vans not only drove dangerously but cut off many people waiting to get on a highway. Wouldn’t let them anywhere near my home if that’s their temperament.
