Great Service. Fast and efficient. They gave good information. I would definitely reommend this company. I reqested this company because of a prior claim that I was extremely happy with the service, that I received.

We had a plumbing emergency after 5 p.m. and within half-an-hour Works had plumber at our home, who fixed the problem completely, was totally professional, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend!

They arrived promptly as scheduled. Plumber was knowledgeable and efficient at providing service. And they gave a reasonable price so I can get my sink back to functioning the same day.

I had a very disappointing experience of work plumbing. They quoted me well over $1000 to replace my garbage disposal which only cost $290 even with the labor. The cost shouldn’t come close to that. They went into unnecessary detail about my pipes being slightly crooked, and tried to convince me that they needed replacement too, it felt like they were trying to manipulate me into spending way more more than necessary. I wouldn’t recommend them for honest or fair pricing. I honestly do not fault the plumbers who came. They seem like very nice people who were trained into manipulating people who they feel don’t know what they’re talking about.

Marlon and team came out to do an emergency sink and toilet removal due to installing new flooring. Super fast service and they installed a new sink and toilet with excellent quality and attention to detail. Will have them replace my tub and shower next time!

Work Plumbing has done a wonderful job each time they have done work at our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and get the job done in a timely manner.

Rick and Omar have been truly diligent in scheduling the walk-through appointment to understand the pipe problem in my condo closet, and follow ups about starting the work to be done. I truly appreciate the attentiveness, thank you.

So far he charged me $380 for a diagnostic fee completed the work but my problem persists! On discussing this with him he put the phone down on me as I disagreed with paying another diagnostic fee as I felt overcharged initially. Since he obviously did not diagnose effectively in the first place. By the way I confirmed with them that they work on Axent toilets before appointment. So next week a new plumber coming to hopefully fix the issue. I will update you all then.
