Our underground water line broke at our house in Castro Valley. We called Shark Plumbing and their emergency services number answered immediately and scheduled a technician to help. The technician, Caesar Ramirez, arrived on time and did a great job. He provided professional service, communication, and discussed options for short/long term repairs at various price points to help accommodate our budget. He fixed the leak within a few hours and tested multiple times to ensure success. It's clear that Caesar cares a lot about his quality of work and wants to do everything possible to avoid future issues/callbacks. We turned on the water after the PVC glue cured as instructed and the our pipes are leak-free and water is restored. I highly recommend Shark plumbing for fast and reliable service.

Our water heater was badly leaking we discovered this late Saturday afternoon. I messaged a few plumbers but no response by morning, so I went on the search and called several plumbers many were not available until next day! Finally got help same day service from Shark plumbing! Julio was knowledgeable about different water heater issues and replacement choices. We went with the tankless water heater. His technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly, clean and did a great job of replacing out water heater! Shark came out and helped with a clogged drain and spent a considerable amount of time unclogging this. He also went through and pointed out other issues that need addressed soon. Julio was very responsive and answered questions I had concerning the plumbing issues in my condo. He offered advice and suggestions leaving me comfortable as he is very knowledgeable and courteous. Shark plumbing did an awesome job installing a new tankless water heater and water softener.
