Negative: Overcharged by $1000, installed unwanted and oversized toilet, vanity and sink are rotting and ugly, took advantage of customers.

They totally took advantage of my elderly mother and myself. Overcharged us by around 1000 dollars. They installed a new toilet which they did not give me a opportunity to choose and is far too big. The bathroom vanity and sink is literally rotting away not to mention how ugly it is . I think its awful the way they take advantage of people who are not knowledgeable about plumbing. I like them to come out and give us a new sink.
