We had a major sewer line issue that affected our toilet and bubbled up into our bathtub. I called our insurance and the plumber they usually send wasn't available until the following day. Luckily they had Advanced Quality Plumbing on their list and they were able to come out within an hour. Kory arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was able to diagnose the extent of the problem and suspected that it was more than a clogged toilet. He dug up a small portion of our flower bed where the sewer pipe came out from the house and discovered it deteriorated over the years. He also ran a camera through the line that connected to city line. The photos revealed that tree roots had infiltrated the line and needed to be replaced. Kory worked directly with our insurance carrier and was able to get them to approve the work. He also worked with the city of San Jose to secure permits. There's a lot more to this story but I'll just end it here. The moral is that Kory is as friendly and dependable as he is knowledgeable. Kory gave us a fair quote for a whole-house re-pipe on our 2-story house. He then proceeded to do everything he promised he would do, even though re-piping is hard, dirty work and involves some unknowns. When he found relatively minor issues requiring extra work, he offered a reasonable price and got it done without impacting the schedule. This was probably the best home improvement contract that I have been through in 30+ years! 5 stars!

They have come out for a few different plumbing issues over the last couple years--from small interior clogs to exterior re-piping. They are always communicative, professional, and fair. They pay attention to detail and the job is always well-done.

My hot water heater was dead, and within 3 hours of Kory coming out, I had a new water heater installed. Careful inspection showed a leak from a pipe leading to the water heater, but he set me up with a hot water supply to keep my home functional until he can return to finish the job. Additionally, he showed me what to look for if I have future issues & how I can better maintain my new water heater! Very grateful for the service and education!

My water pipe broke outside my townhouse, water was gushing out, flooded the whole front yard, SJ water has shut off my Supply, It won’t be turned on until the Leaking is fixed, I called my insurance; Home Emergency And they hooked me up with Advanced Quality Plumbing, Mr.Kory came the next day early afternoon, he went right to work, He was able to find The broken part of the pipe which was buried almost a foot underground And replaced it within a couple hours!! I was so impressed watched him work, he is obviously a very professional plumber who knows his job, who can identify the problems snd fix them! Advanced Quality Plumbing & Rooter worked with my schedule and Ray Ibanez arrived on time as promised. Ray was professional, good-natured and ready to work. His van carried all the tools necessary for the job including a electric pump to fast drain the old 50 gallon water heater. Ray answered my questions, worked efficiently and cleaned up when the job was completed. The new water heater looks great with its clean flue vent and natural gas connections and earthquake strapping. Ray Ibanez did outstanding work for my family and I.
