Kiet is a quintessential professional. Comes to the rescue! My yard started flooding and water is pooling on the lawn. Given how expensive water has become, I called many plumbers. Kiet was the first one to say he will come right away. This saved me a lot of money! Turns out my pipe broke underneath the yard. He fixed it the same day, even though it was late evening. After I placed a service request, Thanh came out within the hour. He was patient with a part that had a manufacturing defect and repaired my faucet despite the setback. I appreciated his professionalism and solid work. Service date was 2/18/25 and came with a 90 day warranty.
