We got exceptional service from ARS. Jerry and his team were fabulous, they replaced our sewer, the entire process was seamless and efficient, they responded fast and always showed up on time! The price was fair as well. Highly recommend ARS!

Customer service was prompt and amazing! Enzo, the plumber, was super skilled, helpful in exploring various options and cleared our drain with low impact on house.

I recently had our kitchen clog issue resolved and really appreciate Mario's professional help. Although the price was a bit more expensive at $350, it was worth it. We had previously tried other plumbers who used a snake to clear the clog but failed, suggesting that we might need the more expensive hydro jetting service (but they are very nice and patient too). We called ARS to get the hydro jetting service, and Mario came to evaluate the situation. He thought he could clear the clog with a snake instead of hydro jetting. I was skeptical but agreed since they wouldn't charge us if they couldn't fix the issue. Unexpectedly, Mario was able to clear the clog with the snake. Mario also took the time to teach us how to regularly keep the sink clean by flushing the grease away and other maintenance tips. I really appreciate his work.

Rafeal came after some very good communication on their side. He was very good at his job and is excellent on recommending more services. If you have cash to burn, this is a great company to do business with, however to give you an idea of what your in for, a 24' sewer snake and camera costs $349, a cleanout was quoted at $1300, and a in place clay pipe replacement and adding a cleanout: $8270. Rafael claims that these prices are median for the business, and I have to admit that I don't know what other plumbers will charge, but this all seems on the high end to me. They wouldn't quote anything over the phone.

Jerry and Jose replaced the old 50-gallon water heater with a new Rheem water heater. They also installed a leak smart valve for safety and comfort system to save water. They did a great job of installation, tested the faucets, and took the time to give me instructions on each piece of equipment. They covered the floor before starting their job and cleaned everything afterward. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job Jerry and Jose did for me. I highly recommend the Rescue Rooter for all plumbing-related jobs.

Absolutely terrible service. They would not give any rough estimate of cost other than $99 trip charge. I have all the burner parts for the water heater that was shipped to me under warranty. They wanted $875 just for labor to replace the burner. The whole water heater cost $1000.

I could not have been more pleased with the work that Edgar from ARS Rescue Rooter did. I had to have my main water pipe replaced. He explained the process; ensured I had water over the weekend until the work was finished; completed installation in one day; and was able to get the City inspector out the day after the work was completed when It was originally going to take three weeks. He was friendly; very knowledgable; ensured safety issues associated with the project were handled; and provided exceptional customer service. I’ve already passed on his name and company to several friends. I highly recommend him.

Contacted ARS for the drainage issue we recently had. They sent a technician (Juan) out within the timeline they committed. The technician who arrived at our home was very courteous and knowledgeable. He finished the job and exceeded my expectations. He also recommended a follow-up repairs. We then met with a field supervisor (Guy) and reviewed the options. Upon review of the options, we decided to hire them to replace the existing pipes under the house. Extremely pleased with their service.
