The owner Wilbur gave me a fair price, and Eric and Gustavo were awesome to work with. The work was replacing the sewer line to the street, which took a week to complete. In spite of the size of the trench and all the dirt that was removed, they left everything looking like it did before they started. They even replanted the plants that had to be removed for the work to be done! And of course, everything works perfectly. I highly recommend Bay Area Plumbing.

My old water heater developed some issues, I ran through a few hoops for the warrantee services -- not bad service, but they don't have proper parts for a proper fix/repair. After a week, I have to make a decision to replace it. I contacted Wilver (the boss person of Bay Area Plumbing) on Thursday morning, and he came quickly and assessed the situation, before Friday noon, the water heater is replaced. The work is done professionally with good quality. I will call on Wilver in the future if there are plumbing needs. If you are in need of plumbing service, I highly recommend Bay Area Plumbing. Wilver Castillo was referred to me by an installer of my whole-house water softner system. When he went under the crawl space, he noticed I had a broken 2-inch ABS kitchen line. Water was leaking and asked me to get it fixed. He handed me the card of Bay Area Plumbing, Rooter & Service. Not knowing too many plumbers, I called Wilver and left him a message. He called me back promptly and set up a time to come over next day to my house to provide me with a free estimate. He arrived on-the-dot at the time promised, inspected the damage and gave me a quote, which I felt, was competitive and reasonable. Wilver and his team replaced all the water pipes in our new home. They were always on time, very friendly and professional, moves fast, and has our best interest in their mind. Wilver is responsive and reports progress to us with pictures. They approached the repiping in a way that minimizes the wall openings and damage to cabinets or bathtubs, while most of the other plumbers/contractors said we have to replace the entire bathtub and some cabinets. They fixed two leaks they found along the way. They fixed a number of issues with the water heater and furnace that was not up to code. They even took care of the water pipe for the fridge ice maker that we didn't know to ask for. Wilver also handled the permit with the city hall with excellent communication. Wilver and his team made the experience so smooth for us and delivered beyond our expectations. We will happily work with them again for future projects!
