Our experience with Best Bay Plumbing was great and I highly recommend them -- honest, fair pricing and quality work. They had to spend more time on my work (shower valve replacement) than originally expected due to issues with the original installation by a different plumber -- but they didn't add any additional charge.

Excellent! Russell got us a technician so fast! We called this late morning and on a Sunday, our water main had to be turned off so we didn’t waste water out of a broken packing nut on a globe valve. They answered, got parts and completed before 4pm. Super fair price and the tech was kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Best bay plumbing went well above and beyond replacing my garbage disposal. Showed up early and finished in a timely manner. Dealing with the owner Russell was very easy.
