Great experience, I definitely recommend them as plumbers. Able and Eddie were responsive and very easy to work with. We had family coming into town and our spare bedroom shower stopped producing hot water. I called in the evening and Eddie actually came to our house the same day. He ended up working late but he got everything fixed and the shower working again. We are pleased with the work and with the price. Especially on short notice.

Eddy was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed our water softener issue and recommended a reasonably priced replacement. He also suggested a bypass pipeline for easier maintenance and ensured our irrigation stayed on hard water to protect our plants. These guys are best in the business! I had a leak in my sink drain to sewer line & got outrageously conflicting opinions from two contractors who were “guessing” and didn’t really know what could be wrong. Then came Abel, 10 minutes into inspection he knew exactly what’s wrong. It was his utter confidence that made me want to go ahead with their service (and reviews ofcourse). And he was absolutely right! The pipe break was right where he said it would be. Also - Roberto was extremely kind and professional. He was 15 minutes early to the appointment yet waited in his van patiently until the appointment time to ring the bell. He also cleaned up well after work. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Eddy is the man. We had an old plumbing system which terribly failed once we moved into our new home. He assessed the issue, provided plenty of pictures about it and proposed the most effective solution. The cost was fair, the performed job excellent, and it also came with a very long warranty. Plus, when I reach out to Best Bay, the always reply quickly to any inquiry. I absolutely recommend them.

We first contacted Abel Villagomez around Aug, 2020 when both our bathrooms and shower backed up. Abel & his staff immediately took care of problem. Our main sewer line was replaced including permits with city. The guys were very clean and professional. Recently we had a leak in main bathroom. The emergency shut off valve and bathroom faucet were replaced. We have been very happy with their work and trust Best Bay Plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and they do excellent work. I would definitely recommend them. Almost forgot, they also replaced our water heater.

Both our main sewer line and the sewer drain below our bathroom were leaking. Abel came and explained clearly how to fix the leaks for good. He answered all my questions and didn’t push for a complete replacement, which he said was probably unnecessary. He gave me a reasonable quote, and his team (Eddy and Sergio) came the following monday to complete the work. They were quick and professional, the pipework was done to the high standards that Abel promised.

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently. Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal. Since then I’ve used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair. Would highly recommend.

Background: Our office flooded due to clogged pipes on Friday. The kitchen sink and two bathrooms were unusable and our sink had a leak. I called the office as soon as I got to work today, explained the emergency and they sent out a team right away to fix the issue. Eric and Sergio were dispatched, they were communicative, informative, and very helpful. They cleared the pipes, removed the toilet to fix the pipe there as well, and remedied the sink leak in less than two hours!
