I was having trouble finding the main water valve to my condo and also replacing one of my toilets. Charles came over and helped me fix all my plumbing issues in minutes. We would rate Charles a 10/10! He was quick, professional, and made our home feel safer! We had previously renovated our home with a terrible contractor. There were so many issues, but the main one that we asked Charles to come out was to repair one of our 2nd floor toilets was never connected to the sewage drain, and another line had just begun leaking too. Charles was through, explained the process to us, and even checked other parts of the house to tell us what needed to be corrected now and what could wait for another day because of funding and we were expecting our baby soon. Thanks again for helping us through our ordeal!

Charley was referred to us by another plumber and he is the best! He helped us test our laundry set up as we wanted to make sure all the pipes and drains are working in preparation of installing a pair of laundry machines. He also helped us correct the wiring for a couple of the new water heaters installed by this other plumber in order to make sure these water heaters are installed up to code. But what impressed us the most about Charley is his friendliness and dedication to customer service. On a Sunday night, we were out of town, and got an urgent call from our tenants who just moved into a property and discovered that there was no hot water. Knowing that nobody really worked on Sundays, we reached out to Charley to see if he could help us resolve the problem first thing on Monday. We explained the situation to him. To our surprise, he said that he would be over to the house to check out the problem right away and he was at the house in about 15 minutes. He located the problem water heater, was able to re-start the pilot and fixed the issue for us. He also found some parts issues with the water heater and offered to return to fix the parts at a later time. When we were about to find out how much the cost would be for this emergency visit, he said that this would be a courtesy visit, so he is not charging us for the trip. We are so grateful and heartened by Charley’s kindness and super-fast actions to help us address the problem. We highly recommend Charley to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable and skillful plumber – Charley is the best!

Charley’s Plumbing was hired though a contractor who was remodeling my bathroom. He explained his worked to me and I appreciated the time he took to make me feel comfortable. I mentioned that I would like to have my home repiped. Not only did he explained the process, his team showed up as expected, kept to his estimated timeline, very neat during and at completion, were Covid minded, and gave me a fair price. Since then, I have requested additional services. Charley and his team has provided the same professional service. In this time of scammers and dishonest companies, it is a relief to find a company that I can trust and refer Charley’s Plumbing every chance I get. I truly feel I have found a rare gem.

Charley's Plumbing was recommended to me by a neighbor ... I'd recommend them to others in a heartbeat. Charles and Matt came out to see me twice in the past few weeks ... once to help with a shower plumbing issue and most recently to install a new kitchen sink/faucet/garbage disposal, etc. Charles sent me a very thorough quote so that I'd understand exactly what work he was doing, what was covered under which warranties, etc. He sets clear expectations and follows through on them. He's thorough, detail oriented and explains everything clearly to you including follow-up care. While I value the quality of the work the most, it doesn't hurt that he and Matt are also just genuinely good people. =)
