Justin came to my home the same day I called in about a water pipe leak. I was very pleased with the repair work he did and that he got it done the same day. We had to be without water prior to him getting it fixed. He was professional and had everything he needed for getting the work done. I really like Drain Doctor as I have used them previously. Bobby was clear and kind as we were in shock at 7am our water heater was broken and leaking. He got the work done fast and clearly showed costs. He finished fast! We appreciated him and the whole Drain Doctor team.

I wanted to have 16 flex lines that were over 25 years old replaced after one started leaking. Scott did an amazing job of it. He was super courteous and efficient. And the price was very reasonable and less than I was expecting. I'll definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

We found out our water heater had a leak last night. I called Drain Doctor this morning and they were able to send someone over in just a few hours. Bobby was very professional and kindly answered all my questions. The job was done quickly and I'm very satisfied with their service. I'll use them again in the future.

Our waterheater started leaking Sunday. The company said they would have someone to replace it on Monday morning. BOBBY. arrived, quoted the job and started working. Bobby was polite, knowledgeable and cleaned everything as he worked. Everything was straight forward with no hidden surprises at the end. Nice personality. I would have loved to have him to do other plumbing work in the past for us. I would recommend the company and the employee to anyone wanting a good job and fair price..

Great service from David at Drain Doctor! Our pipes started rattling, the dishwasher started making loud noises, and the irrigation system sounded like an aircraft was taking off! David took a look and let us know our pipes were missing straps and an irrigation valve was incorrectly installed. He also saw a couple of areas where the hot and cold pipes were touching. David fixed it all! We also had great customer service from Vivian who called to confirm our appointment and that we were satisfied with the service. Great service and at reasonable prices!
