Justin came to my home the same day I called in about a water pipe leak. I was very pleased with the repair work he did and that he got it done the same day. We had to be without water prior to him getting it fixed. He was professional and had everything he needed for getting the work done. I really like Drain Doctor as I have used them previously. Bobby was clear and kind as we were in shock at 7am our water heater was broken and leaking. He got the work done fast and clearly showed costs. He finished fast! We appreciated him and the whole Drain Doctor team.

I wanted to have 16 flex lines that were over 25 years old replaced after one started leaking. Scott did an amazing job of it. He was super courteous and efficient. And the price was very reasonable and less than I was expecting. I'll definitely use them again when I need a plumber.
