Fuse HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing

We have had three systems installed by Fuse. The process has been easy and efficient each time. The installation teams are very professional and efficient, finishing the job in the allotted time. This time Alex and an associate replaced our old gas furnace with a ducted heat pump system. Alex was very easy to work with to determine the placement of components. The job seemed huge - tools and equipment everywhere. They finished the work in two days, working past six both days, and left the area spotless.

Easy to set up appointment and a lot of time availability. Clear communication with text and email confirmation. A reminder text was even sent out day of before appointment start. The text included picture profile and info of the service tech who will be servicing the call which i must say is a nice touch! Martin was our tech he was very friendly and courteous he arrived on time if not minutes earlier. He wore shoe covers when entering the house. He took his time to diagnose our furnace issue and explained everything. Prices was very fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend Fuse for all your hvac and electrical needs!

Dmytro was our electrician and he did amazing job! He was on time for arrival, did the installation very timely and cleanly and took the time to explain the operations when the installation was done. Very professional job and highly recommend!

I had a simple water heater expansion tank replacement job, was considering going with a handyman over a full plumbing outfit. They gave me a competitive quote, were available within 24h and got the job done in under one hour. Can't get any better than that. Sold.

I’ve used FUSE on two different and smaller jobs: replacing my laundry box (plumbing) and installing a ceiling fan (electrical). The first was urgent, the second I’d wanted to do for years. The first case got me a next-day on site estimate and installation, which was great because there was leakage. The second had a video estimate, which was a new process, but made very smooth by FUSE. In both cases, the on site workers were efficient and professional. I’m grateful to know who to call for consistent and reliable service in a variety of areas!

Installers completed the 4 day estimated job in 2 days. They (2) came on time and worked full days. They stayed until 7p the 2nd day to complete and test our new heat pump. They were clean, organized and Respectful They hauled away the old unit and packing materials. They had to climb up our stairs and work in the attic so they hand carried everything in pieces and assembled it in the attic so they could get thru the small access ceiling hatch. Highly recommend.

Aleksander and his partner did a great job installing the ductless mini split in our living room. They were respectful by using a drop cloth in the working area and wearing shoe covers every time they entered the house. Their workmanship was good, too. Clean cuts through our plaster walls, and the wiring and condenser run were kept tidy. 5 stars!
