Gogo Rooter

Technician from Gogo Rooter, Angel, came to check on the project and to give me the free estimate. We called again to request him to do the job the next day. Angel installed my new bidet toilet and did the job thoroughly. He was so polite, humble and kind. So patient and respectful with taking on and off his booties while going in and out the house. He even put booties on his hand truck wheels, so cute. I will request Angel again when calling Gogo Rooter. He’s the one you can trust and will do the job.

Overall service and communication was very good. Our technician, Angel, was friendly and very willing to explain what he was doing as the project progressed. He did need a fair amount of FaceTime assistance from his manager, Steve, who was much more knowledgeable in replacing sewer pumps like ours. My only negative was that the labor rate, which was a little over $200 per hour seemed quite high for this project.

Ricky N. did a great job installing my new gas stove. Arriving within 30 minutes of my call was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient and careful. He took care to ensure the installation was correct and safe. Thank you Ricky!

The team at GogoRooter was great. Jesus and Victor came out on a Sunday to diagnose our issue and work started the next day. Adrian and Victor ended up working in our home’s crawlspace to replace our sewer main. Andrian clearly explained the plan for how the work would be done, and we were able to scope the project so that we had minimal disruption at the house. Adrian and Victor also kept the work area tidy and made an incredible push into the evening to make sure they left the house in working order at the end of each day. This is the second time we have had work done with GogoRooter and will call on them again in the future.

Angel was awesome! He fixed our stubborn leaking toilet very fast & efficiently. He is very knowledgeable about his job & gives great advice for future repairs! Definitely will be giving him a call for our sink next!

Angel was our plumber and I can't give enough stars for his service!! We've been having plumbing issues due to roots from a tree in front of our house. He replaced the plumbing line and got our service back in order and we can't be any more thankful! Than you Angel and Gogo Rooter!!
