Joseph Balicki was fantastic! His customer service, professionalism, knowledge, experience, dependability, follow through, and expertise is second to none! When I would call or text him he would always pick up or respond very quickly. I am very pleased with the excellent plumbing work Joseph and his team completed in my home! I will always use Mike Council Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and will recommend to all family and friends.

The Mike Counsil plumbing team was fantastic. A great experience from booking to the ground team outlining my options for service. I needed my water tank flushed, Zachary came out and was extremely transparent and laid out for me all the options I had and possible risks as my water heater is 13-years old. I was incredibly happy with the work and will absolutely be using Mike Counsil going forward.

My favorite plumbing company (been homeowner for 40-something years). They use contracts with all the legal trimmings so you know exactly what you are getting. They don’t raise the price if the job is tougher than expected. You can get out of the contract legally if you need to. Friendly people well trained. Professional. All the plumbers get their own truck, which makes for happy plumbers.

Rich and his team did a great job installing two Toto Neorest toilets in our existing bathrooms. The job was complicated by rusting flanges but Rich and team overcame the challenges and successfully installed the toilets over three days. They were professional, courteous and always kept me apprised of their plans and progress. They also cleaned up well at the end of each day, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Rich and Mike Counsil for your next plumbing job.

as usual = EXCELLENT ! we have used Mike Counsil three times, each time has been a complete success. always = On time, Clean clothes, Polite, Willing to discuss other ideas, Explained what needs to be done and answering all our questions, Never had to call back to get something fixed, or to return tools left. Shower controls = replaced without removing or damaging the tiles ! Kitchen sink garbage disposal = replaced, without a hitch Air Gap = ugh, quite a mess, never heard a complaint All In All = I would let these guys fix anything they say the could handle ! A toilet was not draining properly. I called Mike Counsil Plumbing because we had worked together before. Connie was very helpful and was able to book me with Carlos. I called around 8 am, Carlos arrived before 10 am and was done by 11 am. Carlos remembered me. He was friendly, competent, and understanding.

Pablo and Sergio, my technicians, showed up as scheduled. They reviewed my situation and made recommendations.
