We had great experience with them. From the moment we called them to report a leak on Saturday morning to the full completion of the service after multiple visits a few days later, everything was done very professionally. Timely, friendly, helpful communication on the phone. Then Uzi (the plumber) appeared on time and was very helpful. We later discovered that we needed to change the faucet and he was also helpful in picking one up from the internet. We scheduled an appointment again for the morning the day after it arrived, and Uzi was there again the morning, ready to install. All in all, we couldn’t have wished for a better service. Thank you!

He arrived on time inspected the home and recommend some needed repairs. Under every sink. He got them all done the same day. No leaks new faucets in both bathroom and unclogged sink and pipes. Which are working well. And up graded hoses and connection to the washer. And like I already said It was all done that same day. A job well done done to my complete satifaction..

Professional, great communication, friendly, and best clean up. They sent photos of the plumbers/technicians in advance who were coming to do the work. Rafael and Uziel came to do the re-piping of the whole house after a pipe from the 1970s corroded and leaked because whoever built the house connected a galvanized steel pipe with a copper pipe. They provided videos of their findings and work (see video). They came on time, always kept us in the loop of their progress, finished the job when they said they would, and they cleaned up after they were done (a real plus as we have had past contractors who left their mess after they were “done” with a job). The estimate/quote was reasonable and on par with 4-5 star competitors. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Roy was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed on how well he came prepared to do the job. He informed me of what other maintenance needed attention. He presented the options which were clear to me and happy to have moved forward on getting them done. Thank you. Mario did a great job on identifying the electrical issues. He was quick in putting together the work order and going into detail on what needed to be done

Rafael did excellent work and in a timely manner. I had a pipe burst in my front yard he came out same day and fixed the issue first thing the next morning. I would recommend pacific coast for any plumbing issues.

We had 2 Smart toilets installed into our bathrooms. Both Sam and Rafael did super great job! So diligent and professionally knowledge!! They worked hard and found the solution to cope with the terrible bad job done by other plumber 4 years ago. I am beyond thrilled with the service received from this company. Someone called me within 15 minutes of submitting an online request. Someone was out the next day to assess the work and provide a quote, and the work was done the day after that. I chose this company in part due to the good reviews, and even more so because they could offer an electrician AND a plumber, saving me the need to reach out to two separate companies. I needed a 240 outlet and a capped gas line so that we could replace our gas range with induction. Our plumber was Rafael, and he was my favorite kind of service guy. Not only personable (they all were), but happy to answer questions about other little things while he worked, even taking a few minutes to help me repair a small item that had started to fail in the last couple of days. But beyond that he was showing me how to do it, so that I could maintain it myself going forward. I would 100% request this person in particular if I reached out to this company again (which is likely). Our electricians were Ricardo and Jay. I’d met the former the first day, as he was the same person to come out and review the job and provide the quote. These guys were both professional and really nice. They cleaned up after themselves (and did a good job of it), walked me through the work afterward and asked me to follow up if there were any issues getting the new oven installed and working. Based on this experience I can highly recommend this company for electrical and plumbing.
