Excellent experience working with Pipe-Thru on a sewer line project at my home. Job included CIPP on a section, re-routing to new pipe on another section, replacement via pipe bursting on a third section closest to the city sewer. New exterior cleanouts were added and work done for the permit required from the city. While many of the reviews already echo my sentiments, a few standout aspects of their service worth mentioning are: Refreshingly Action-Oriented and Collaborative: During the initial (free) estimate visit, Jose actively listened, scoped the line from the roof vent, invited me to observe real-time footage, explained his findings with simple sketches of the sewer layout, and proposed solutions. A straightforward, hands-on visit that felt productive and real. His insights were informative and confidence-inspiring, and his communication style—clear, approachable, and never patronizing—remained true for the entire project. Responsive But Not Pushy: During my quote-gathering phase, Pipe-Thru answered my questions thoroughly, making me feel like they were interested in my business without crossing into pushy territory. No aggressive follow-ups, no "special discounts if you sign today!"—just space and time for me to make an informed decision. Diligent Crew: Everyone was friendly, hardworking, and focused, with sub-groups tackling tasks in parallel to keep things moving. When a setback occurred on the second day, they stayed late to resolve things. Reliability Even at the Tail End: Demonstrated the same level of commitment to finishing the smaller pending items on the final days as they did with the main job. Jose made sure the right person was dispatched for specific tail end tasks and personally performed some work to get us past the finish line. Competence: Jose’s understanding of what was both needed and feasible stood out as the most comprehensive. While another company proposed a different solution that later turned out to be suboptimal that they backtracked, Pipe-Thru got it right from the start. Their CIPP and boring equipment looked legit, and I’m amazed at what they accomplished with minimal disruption—working efficiently through a few access points. The one setback we encountered on the second day was worked around creatively using the least invasive solution from my perspective as the home-owner. Their work not only solved my immediate needs but it also gave me a deeper understanding of my property’s sewer network. Jose came across as a stand-up human being and I enjoyed interacting with him and his team. I highly recommend Pipe-Thru to anyone looking for reliable and expert service.
