Prestige Plumbing Bay Area

I had a great experience with Prestige Plumbing, thanks to Chico. He was not only incredibly friendly but also provided us with a fair price and was upfront about the work that needed to be done. In what could have been a stressful situation, Chico's prompt communication and helpful advice made everything so much easier. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing for their honesty and exceptional service.

Chico and crew did amazing work in my house. The long rainy season took a toll on our sewage lines which were all clogged up, leaving us with backed up drains on a long weekend. Chico came to our house in night and didn't hesitate to work in the heavy rain. He came again next day with 4 more folks and did drain cleaning, clean outs installation, shower leak fix and a few other minor things. Price was reasonable and quality of work was high.

I have strong concerns about this business due to aggressive employees. One was behind me on the road and was upset that I let a car merge in front of me because the left lane was closed due to construction. He blared his horn, switched lanes to get next to me, then started yelling profanities continuously before dangerously speeding off and conducting a u-turn to continue yelling at me from the other side of the road. I would be very concerned to let someone who behaves this way inside my house. I'm not sure if this was the owner or an employee, but certainly not a good way to conduct business. He was in his work vehicle and I'm shocked he had this type of behavior on the job. I took felt so unsafe and concerned that I took photos of the truck.

I had to call Chico to replace a faulty water heater. He was highly recommended by my neighbor. I would also recommend him certainly if you need a plumber. He is extremely professional, came the same day of the first call for an estimate and the day after to do the job. Job was perfect, he came on time, price was very competitive and he was also fast! I couldn't be happier. I will call him next time I need him, for sure!

Chico & his crew are amazing. Our water heater stopped working, i was pretty sure it needed replacing. He was able to come by the same day to give me a quote. He clearly explained the issue and gave a fair estimate. He got me in the next morning, today, and now we have hot water again! I’m hiring him to do a repipe next. I highly recommend him. He is honest and a kind man.
