Pros Plumbing and Rooter

AAA Pros Plumbing & Rooter are the best plumbers here in San Jose! They are very friendly, they are upfront, and they are also family owned. They have done several odds and ends jobs for me over the past years and they have always done a terrific job! They show up on time, they have fair and affordable prices and they are fully licensed. I highly recommend them for any plumbing problem you're having! They can handle it!

First off, let me just start of by saying if you need a good plumber, then call this company. I promise you will not be disappointed. I called them based off the great reviews not only here, but on yelp. I had a lot of plumbing repairs that need to be done, and it's become a problem that I can't really ignore any longer. Through my searching, it was important to me that I didn't hire just any 'ole plumber, but one that was honest, affordable and local. Kory, the plumber, was just that. Kory arrived on time, like he promised so we started off on the right foot. He was able quickly diagnose several problems right away, and fix them on spot. He was able to find a couple bigger problems too, and I went ahead and had him fix those as well. I just wanted to say thanks to Kory, for not only being very patient with me, but taking his time to do a great job, and not charging an arm and a leg. Overall, I am very satisfied with this plumbing company!

I am so thankful for Dan and the team here at Pros Plumbing. I called for an emergency plumbing repair and my call was answered almost right away. Even though it was after work hours (9PM) they came out and were able to solve my problem. They were even able to coordinate the payment with my landlord and get everything done in a fast, and professional manner. My landlord was very happy with their price too, she said they were even more affordable than her preferred plumber. This was my first time dealing with a situation like this, and even though it got extremely frustrating and stressful, I know for a fact it would of been way worse if it wasn't for the help from Pros Plumbing. I have known Dan for years and he is the one of the best in class plumbers I have ever dealt with. A++. He is not shy of any jobs of any complexity or nature. Hats off.

Dan from AAA Pros Plumbing is great. He always is able to come out the same day, he shows up on time, and most important takes care of the problem at hand. These are the best plumbers in the area, hands down!

Excellent service. They responded early (6am) to our "overflow crisis" and were able to fix our drains within an hour. We then, impromptu asked them to replace and old toilet and they did this without a hiccup. I really liked their efficiency and courteousness.

We had a serious leak in front of the house. We believed it was under the driveway. Dan came out, assessed the situation and believed he could get to the leak with minimal work, and without having to break any of the concrete. Not only was he able to get to the leak, we quickly realized there was some poor work initially done on the pipes when the house was built. Dan fixed the leak, and made some improvements at the same time. He was very professional, his work was excellent and he was quick but not careless. I would highly recommend Dan and took a few cards in case my friends or neighbors had any issues. My house is the third on our street to have a serious leak, so someone else may need Dan's help in the future.

Constant communication with me regarding time and arrival...professional in appearance and contact. Did a professional job in a short amount of time, we'll worth the money.
