Tim was fast, courteous and professional and fair in our dealings with him for our plumbing repair. We went through a few estimates, and although Ribb's wasn't always the lowest quote, our previous experience with them (and Tim) gave us confidence that they would be fair and well qualified to solve our problems.

The Ribbs plumbing team was incredibly efficient. They took care of all the plumbing needs at our house when we redid the bathroom, and were able to install our new toilet, faucet, shower trim, etc., all in one day. Will definitely be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Ribbs replaced all the drain pipes and main sewer line on my property a few years ago and have consistently exceeded my expectations in their service, communication, and honesty. Last night, the water in my home started backing up. I called Ribbs, and they were able to schedule me for a morning service today, and I appreciate their promptness. However, I got a text/call this morning to do some initial troubleshooting, and they advised me that the issue sounded like a problem with the city line, and they gave me the number to call. They were correct, and the issue was fixed at no charge to me. I appreciate the honesty from David at Ribbs, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else looking for a great service.

Same day service! Called to say my pilot light had gone out and I could not get it to relight, sent someone within hours to address it. Very courteous and professional service.

I was not informed about the $89 fee for the crawl space inspection when I booked the appointment over the phone. The fee was only mentioned after the inspector arrived at my home. As a result, I chose not to accept the price, and no inspection was performed or quote provided. Update : David called me to apologize for inconvenience and offered to do inspection free of cost.
